We have selected for you three itineraries that will make you travel in places whose natural beauty is in agreement with the liberating nature of yoga, and where you can also do some sightseeing after your morning course. And don’t worry about the level of difficulty, Yoga, it’s all mode.

Along the South Coast

Mumbai – Goa – Gokarna – Varkala

In Dharamsala, you can explore the Buddhist spirituality but also a course of meditation. If you also want to do Yoga, you can visit the Himalya Iyengar Yoga Center which has restored the traditions of B.K.S. Iyengar in a very nice space, illuminated by the light of the mountains.
